Can I change names and titles on a candle design?
All of our candles can be edited. If you see a design you like, but it says "Mom," it can be designed to your needs with your loved one's name, title, or nickname, etc. These candles are meant to be personalized to your needs. Don't be afraid to message me with your vision. I will work with you until we get it just right.
Where do I send my photo?
Once you place your order, you can email your photo to me at info@mandazmemories.com

Can I burn/light my candle?
It is not recommended that these candles be lit or burned. Doing so will not only ruin the integrity of your design, but it will pose a fire hazard.
What is your return policy?
Due to these candles being personalized, we do not accept returns. The the designs we create are sent to you for approval prior to your candle being made. If you receive your candle damaged, please email me, and I will do whatever is necessary to rectify the problem.
